Role overview
This opening is for the Cecilia House store on Cecilia Street in Temple Bar, Dublin 2, Ireland (D02AK29). The role supports the store leadership team in building a creative, development-focused workplace that reflects the brand’s VIBE philosophy and peer-to-peer training approach.
Compensation
The pay rate for this role is EUR 14.15 per hour. Final pay is based on factors such as relevant skills, certifications, and years of experience.
Core purpose
The receiver helps keep store operations running smoothly by managing inbound shipments, maintaining stockroom standards, supporting customer service when needed, and contributing to a positive team environment.
People and service
- Make customer service a priority and follow mystery shop expectations.
- Support a positive, respectful, and helpful store culture.
- Step in where needed with customer service, loss prevention, cleaning, and store projects.
Teamwork and communication
- Lead by example and encourage collaboration across the team.
- Help train and coach others on receiving processes and inventory control.
- Maintain effective communication with store colleagues, inventory control, and the distribution centre.
- Take part in daily team meetings.
Operations
- Coordinate the shipment receipt process and ensure turnaround is completed quickly.
- Keep receiving and back-stock areas tidy, organized, and operationally ready.
- Complete receiving documentation accurately and within required deadlines.
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
- Stay alert to loss prevention and inventory control requirements.
- Observe all health and safety rules at all times.
Merchandising and display
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Manager and store leadership to organise shipment placement and uphold store standards.
- Recognise best-selling products and prioritize replenishment of high-performing items.
- Support merchandising and display work as needed to help drive sales.
Working conditions
This position requires the ability to move around the sales floor and stockroom and involves repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing. The schedule must be flexible enough to include nights, weekends, and opening or closing shifts based on business needs.
