Real Estate Marketer

Overview

Arab Aid is hiring a Real Estate Marketer to support the marketing and sale of residential and commercial properties in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role sits within the Marketing and Sales department and reports to the Marketing Manager or Sales Manager. The main goal is to grow sales while ensuring customers receive guidance that matches their property needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute fresh marketing plans that help boost property sales.
• Identify the target customer base and understand what potential buyers are looking for.
• Run promotional activities across social media, property portals, and on-ground advertising.
• Arrange property visits for prospects and coordinate site viewings.
• Take photos of properties and write clear, appealing property descriptions.
• Respond to customer questions and maintain professional communication with prospects.
• Advise clients on suitable real estate choices based on their requirements.
• Develop long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with buyers.
• Prepare contracts in coordination with the legal team.
• Track legal and administrative steps required to complete transactions.
• Monitor the real estate market regularly to spot trends and new opportunities.
• Prepare periodic sales and performance reports and share suggestions to improve marketing efforts.

Requirements

• A university qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate marketing or property sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication ability.
• Capability to negotiate effectively and influence customers positively.
• Comfort using digital marketing tools and real estate platforms.
• Solid understanding of the local property market.
• A driving license and access to a car are preferred.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet targets.
• Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Analytical thinking to use data in marketing decisions.
• Professional conduct and commitment when dealing with clients.
