About the role
Case, a London furniture brand, is hiring an experienced Purchasing / Supply Chain Planner to join its welcoming and expanding team at the head office in Wandsworth. This position focuses on keeping inventory at the right levels, ensuring customer orders move through smoothly, and maintaining productive relationships with suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Track inventory levels and raise supplier purchase orders using forecast data, actual demand, and a FIFO approach.
- Keep in regular contact with overseas suppliers and help build strong long-term working relationships.
- Reprioritise schedules when business needs change.
- Partner with Product Development and suppliers to solve manufacturing issues and prevent delays.
- Share information on stock status and any delays with Sales and Sales Support teams.
- Keep production timelines up to date and ensure purchase orders are completed.
- Approve supplier invoices.
- Coordinate with the Logistics team to manage goods movement and fulfil sales order delivery.
- Prepare supplier and senior management performance reports.
- Support pricing management.

- Strong eye for detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good numerical confidence.
- Experience with inventory control.
- Ability to stay results-focused, work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and make quick decisions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and flexible approach.
- Advanced Excel capability.
- Experience using Cin7 is beneficial.

Working pattern and employment details
This is a full-time, office-based position in London. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 18:00. The role is at experienced level.
Remuneration
Pay will be based on relevant experience.
