Key Duties
- Bring project sponsors and stakeholders into alignment on goals, scope, milestones, timelines, and intended results.
- Identify stakeholders, keep them engaged, and maintain communication throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Coach project teams on Agile Scrum practices and SDLC delivery standards.
- Create, update, and oversee detailed project schedules covering tasks, dependencies, owners, and due dates.
- Coordinate project work, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across involved teams.
- Run project meetings, support alignment, and help groups make decisions together.
- Share updates on project progress, risks, issues, and important decisions with leadership and other stakeholders.
- Maintain RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, while clearing blockers and escalating concerns when needed.
- Use collaboration and project management tools to strengthen planning, communication, and execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and take on additional project-related tasks as assigned.
