Role overview

This is a remote contract opportunity for a Project Management Specialist based in New Zealand. The assignment offers pay of USD 63 to USD 119 per hour and calls for a weekly commitment of about 10 to 40 hours.

What you’ll do

• Work alongside AI development teams to share practical input on planning, allocating resources, and handling project risks.
• Create and refine training content for AI systems, ensuring the material reflects effective practices used across multiple industries.
• Convert detailed project management situations into structured, data-driven examples that can improve model training.
• Support technical teams and act as a client-facing point of contact to keep work aligned with project objectives and delivery expectations.
• Explain key ideas such as leadership, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders for AI learning content.
• Review AI-generated outputs regularly and improve them so they stay accurate, useful, and relevant.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience managing projects from start to finish across different industries and project sizes.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking, including simplifying complex ideas.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid planning, organization, analysis, and budget/resource management skills.
• Capability in assessing risks, reducing issues, and adjusting plans as project conditions change.
