About the Role

The Product team is responsible for creating the user experiences and product systems that power Revolut’s platform. This role calls for someone who can take full ownership of a product roadmap, oversee day-to-day delivery, manage execution risks, and coordinate across functions from the earliest idea through launch and post-launch improvements. You will act as the main point of contact for the product, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape direction and deliver results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define team objectives, success measures, and the product roadmap so they support Revolut’s overall mission.
• Use data, market insight, and business strategy to decide where the product can create the most impact.
• Take end-to-end ownership of products and features, covering ideation, build, launch, growth, and ongoing upkeep.
• Lead technical conversations with engineers about implementation options, requirements, and trade-offs.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Financial Crime, Legal, Security, and other relevant functions.

What You’ll Need

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-growing technology business or in banking/finance-related areas such as acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, or insurance.
• At least 2 years of experience working on technical products such as platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, computer vision, or robotics.
• At least 1 year of experience leading people; Product Owners at Revolut directly oversee Engineering, Operations, and Design team members.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Good analytical ability and technical understanding, supported by solid commercial judgement for ROI-led prioritisation.
• Experience shaping a clear product vision and communicating it effectively to leadership, customers, and partners.
• A hands-on, action-oriented approach with the ability to kick off major initiatives and stay involved in execution.
• Experience building and launching products from the ground up.
• Ability to produce insights and measurable outcomes for complex products in uncertain, fast-paced environments.
