About Tessera Labs
Tessera Labs is building a new way for enterprises to adopt and run artificial intelligence at scale. Supported by Foundation and after a $60M Series A round led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), the company develops multi-agent AI systems that streamline complex business operations across tools such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, Databricks, and others.

About the Role
This internship is for a Product Manager who is eager to work on AI, enterprise software, and products that address real business needs. It is a hands-on role with close collaboration across product, engineering, design, and leadership as you help shape AI-driven enterprise automation.
You will be involved in the end-to-end product lifecycle, including customer discovery, market research, requirements definition, and feature launches. The role offers meaningful ownership and the chance to contribute to products used by major organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to product discovery through customer interviews, competitor review, and market analysis.
- Work with engineers and designers to define product requirements and user-facing experiences.
- Convert customer needs into clear specifications and user stories.
- Review product usage data and customer input to uncover areas for enhancement.
- Take part in roadmap discussions, sprint rituals, and cross-functional product meetings.
- Support feature launches, documentation, and go-to-market activities.
- Study emerging AI technologies and assess how they could fit enterprise workflows.
- Own a project or product area and share recommendations with company leadership.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA program in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Genuine interest in AI, enterprise software, and technology products.
- Ability to simplify ambiguous problems and approach them methodically.
- Comfort in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Well-developed organizational skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Prior internship exposure in product management, consulting, software engineering, design, or a related area is preferred.
- Experience with user research or data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or enterprise software is advantageous.
- Technical understanding or the ability to communicate well with engineers is helpful.

Location and Schedule
This role is available in San Jose, California or remotely within the United States.
The internship runs for 10 to 12 weeks and can involve up to 40 hours per week.
The expected start window is Summer/Fall 2026, with flexibility available.
