Role overview
GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD is hiring a PeopleSoft Consultant to support and improve enterprise PeopleSoft systems in Singapore. This role can suit functional, technical, or techno-functional professionals who can work across configuration, analysis, implementation, and support activities.
What you will do
- Deliver functional and/or technical assistance for PeopleSoft-based applications.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into workable system designs.
- Set up, tailor, and support PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Financials, and FSCM.
- Contribute to implementation, upgrade, and enhancement initiatives.
- Partner with technical developers on solution design, build activities, and integrations.
- Carry out system testing, including SIT and UAT, and help verify solution quality.
- Investigate and resolve issues promptly to reduce disruption to business operations.
- Create supporting materials such as documentation, user manuals, and training content.
- Support end users through guidance and training sessions.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5+ years of experience working as a PeopleSoft Consultant, whether in functional, technical, or blended roles.
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft modules, including HCM, Financials, or FSCM.
- Practical experience in configuration, customization, and ongoing support of PeopleSoft environments.
- Prior involvement in implementation or upgrade assignments.
- For technical profiles, familiarity with PeopleTools, Application Designer, or SQL is expected.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with stakeholders.
