Role Overview
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of daily business activities so the company can deliver software solutions and services effectively to marine industry clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hoisbüttel. The role involves coordinating work across teams, managing operational procedures, tracking performance indicators, and improving service quality and efficiency. You will work alongside leadership to organize resources, refine workflows, and support the rollout of the Part Finder Software and Procurement ERP system for customers. The position also includes handling vendor and partner relationships, assisting with budgeting and cost control, and finding ways to improve internal systems and processes. In addition, you will contribute to ongoing improvement efforts, risk management, and documentation that support scalable and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day operational oversight is central to this role, along with ensuring that delivery remains organized and efficient. You will coordinate across functions to keep projects and service activities moving smoothly, monitor KPIs and dashboards, and work with leadership on planning and resource allocation. The role also calls for strengthening vendor and partner coordination, helping manage budgets and costs, and identifying practical improvements in tools, workflows, and internal procedures. You will be expected to support process documentation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to long-term operational effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
Euroasiann is seeking someone with a background in operations management, ideally within software, SaaS, or other technology-oriented businesses. You should be comfortable designing and improving processes, tracking performance, and working with cross-functional teams to move initiatives from planning into execution. Familiarity with spreadsheets, ERP or CRM systems, and project management tools is important, as is experience in procurement, supply chain, or marine operations. Strong organizational thinking, sound judgment, and a practical approach to problem-solving are key. The role also requires professional communication, the ability to manage stakeholders, and the confidence to report clearly to leadership. You should be capable of documenting procedures, creating standard operating guidelines, and helping train colleagues. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent hands-on experience — is expected.
