Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Help organize project schedules, task lists, and marketing workflows.
  • Assist with campaign launches by preparing assets, documents, and other supporting materials.
  • Keep marketing folders, content libraries, and internal documentation well structured and up to date.
  • Assist with publishing content on social platforms and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate captions, thumbnails, creative assets, and related supporting files.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential content opportunities.
  • Gather and organize information needed for campaigns and content production.
  • Handle recurring administrative and operational marketing tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project communications when needed.
  • Track deliverables and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support data entry, reporting, and process documentation.
