- Draft and refine press releases, campaign copy, partner-facing communications, and other external materials
- Oversee website updates, social media activity, and other digital communication channels
- Coordinate several marketing streams at once, keeping timelines, campaigns, and messaging aligned across different audiences and projects
- Ensure all communications and marketing assets remain consistent with the organization’s brand standards
- Measure campaign results and apply performance insights to improve future marketing efforts
- Work closely with project managers, leadership, community partners, and vendors to support program communications
- Keep project files, communication records, and workflow documentation well organized
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a closely related discipline
- Two to four years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, ideally within public health, healthcare, nonprofit, research, or another regulated setting
- Excellent writing and editing abilities, including the skill to simplify complex subjects into clear and engaging content
- Hands-on experience developing marketing materials and managing digital channels such as websites and social media
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Working knowledge of design and content tools such as Canva, InDesign, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable software
- Interest in behavioral health and a willingness to learn about gambling, gaming, and related public health topics
