Role Overview

The Lead – Planning – Site is tasked with building, maintaining, and refining the detailed construction programme for the project location. This position keeps scope, cost, and time aligned so that progress can be monitored accurately and execution stays on schedule. It also supports delivery teams with planning inputs, stays aligned with the approved baseline, and helps drive project performance through continuous tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed Level 2 and Level 3 schedules for the full project scope using Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring consistency with contractual timelines and the approved baseline plan.
• Convert scope documents and BOQs into a structured work breakdown architecture, with linked activities, planned durations, milestones, and resource needs.
• Work closely with design, procurement, execution, and subcontracting teams to collect planning inputs and keep site execution coordinated with the schedule.
• Build weekly and monthly look-ahead plans and lead review discussions to identify critical and near-critical tasks that need immediate action.
• Track schedule updates using actual progress, measure variances, and anticipate delays along with practical mitigation actions.
