Role overview
This opening is for a Graduate Engineer Trainee / Junior Electronic Engineer position focused on electronics development, wiring harness work, soldering, and electrical test support. The role involves helping build and validate electronic products, handling system integration tasks, and ensuring assemblies meet the required technical and safety standards.
What you will work on
- Support the creation of circuit schematics for electronic projects.
- Assist with firmware work and board bring-up for microcontroller platforms such as ARM Cortex-M and STM32.
- Check incoming materials and verify that components meet technical specifications.
- Prepare schematics, layouts, and related technical records.
- Test, debug, and validate electronic circuits, systems, and prototypes.
- Carry out manual soldering of wires, connectors, and electronic parts during prototype work.
- Crimp terminals and connectors using standard tools.
- Perform continuity, earthing, insulation, and functional checks for wire harnesses.
- Diagnose, isolate, and repair electronic hardware faults.
- Use instruments such as multimeters, CROs, and continuity testers.
- Work according to wiring instructions, technical standards, and safety rules.
- Keep proper documentation and test logs up to date.
- Assist in harness manufacturing, installation, quality inspection, and rework activities when needed.
- Follow industry compliance requirements and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with production engineers and other cross-functional teams.
Eligibility
Applicants must be based in Ahmedabad and should be students or fresh candidates from Electronics Engineering. The role is intended for candidates with no prior experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or ECE.
- Basic understanding of electronics and electrical components, including their symbols and uses.
- Knowledge of power electronics and control systems at an engineering level.
- Careful approach with strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Willingness to learn quickly and follow instructions closely.
- Good hand-eye coordination for assembly and soldering tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate at a basic level.
Additional details
