About the role
This position is for experienced quantitative professionals who want to contribute to the training of AI systems. The work involves partnering with advanced AI models to judge machine-generated quantitative analysis, tackle technical challenges, and share feedback that helps improve how these models reason through data, modeling, and scientific questions. Candidates from fields such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, and other numerically focused disciplines can be a strong fit if they are comfortable with rigorous thinking about data and models. Some professionals do this work alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main focus.
How the process works
After creating an account, applicants complete a brief assessment that acts as the screening step. Those who pass receive confirmation by email, and paid tasks are then made available through the platform.
What the contract offers

- Work from your own computer, on your own timetable, from home.
- Hourly pay begins at USD 50 to USD 100+, with some projects offering bonus compensation.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-produced quantitative outputs for accuracy, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-based insights.
- Create and solve quantitative problems used to train and evaluate AI systems across forecasting, experimental design, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Prepare clear technical write-ups and maintain well-structured analytical code.
- Share detailed feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models for quantitative reasoning.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative role or research setting, such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related area.
- Some programming experience is needed, along with the ability to write and review analytical code end to end.
- Hands-on familiarity with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experimental design, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level, with excellent writing ability.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar subject is preferred; a master’s degree or PhD is an advantage.
- Additional credentials such as Kaggle competition rankings, AWS/GCP machine learning certifications, or comparable evidence of expertise are beneficial.
