What You’ll Do

  • Administer and uphold HR policies covering attendance, leave, probation, confirmations, appraisals, and employee conduct.
  • Make sure HR policies are properly issued, communicated, and acknowledged by employees.
  • Help execute HR processes while keeping them aligned with internal standards and procedures.
  • Track daily attendance records, including late arrivals, early exits, missed punch-ins, and leave entries.
  • Spot attendance irregularities, document them correctly, and follow up as needed.
  • Compile weekly attendance reports for management.
  • Prepare monthly attendance summaries and work with the Finance team to support correct payroll processing.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, deductions, leave adjustments, and other related HR tasks.
  • Ensure HR activities remain aligned with UAE Labour Law, including employment contracts, employee benefits, payroll practices, and general HR compliance.
  • Keep up to date with UAE employment rules and current HR best practices.
  • Handle the full employee journey, from onboarding and probation tracking to confirmation, performance review coordination, and exit processing.
  • Manage resignation procedures, final settlement calculations, and exit formalities.
  • Draft and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience certificates, and relieving letters.
  • Maintain secure and accurate employee files, HR records, attendance logs, and related communications.
  • Ensure records are stored and managed properly in digital HR systems.
  • Support employee engagement activities, company events, team-building initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Help build and sustain a professional, organized, and high-performing workplace culture.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Executive, HR Operations, or HR Generalist positions.
  • Prior HR experience in the UAE is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and standard HR practices.
  • Experience handling attendance management and payroll support.
  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking ability.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
