  • Prepare MIS summaries, audit reports, and compliance trackers.
  • Work closely with recruiters, branch managers, and clients on HR coordination tasks.

  • Assist with employee engagement activities and other administrative work as required.

Required Profile

  • Solid understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
  • Prior exposure to HR documentation, compliance processes, and audit work.
  • Strong follow-up ability and coordination skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using MS Excel, MS Word, and standard HR documentation tools.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in the recruitment or staffing sector will be an added advantage.
