Nursery environment

This opportunity is based at Busy Bees in Stotfold, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with capacity for 64 children. The setting has a smaller team, creating a close-knit, family-style atmosphere, and the converted-house premises add to the homely feel. The nursery works with local authorities to support further training and development. The location is in a small town with bus links to larger towns, sits beside a CO-OP with electric vehicle charging points, and includes free parking. Flexible working options are available, including a four-day working week. The nursery also offers weekly lunches, breakfasts, or sweet treats, plus an Employee of the Month recognition programme.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the nursery team to keep all areas clean and hygienic to a high standard.
• Follow health and safety procedures carefully while carrying out cleaning duties.

Requirements

• No formal qualification is needed for this role.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a cleaning position is preferred.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness are important.
• You should be approachable, dependable, and able to adapt when needed.
