Graphic Designer

Role Overview

Hadassah is looking for a Graphic Designer to develop polished visual content for web, social, email, print, and other digital channels. The position plays an important part in building marketing assets, maintaining design libraries, editing photos, and supporting production on larger creative projects.

What You’ll Do

• Create and deliver graphics for print, digital and web use, social media, and email, including publications and marketing collateral.
• Build reusable layouts and templates, resize and repurpose assets for multiple formats, and prepare files to the correct specifications.
• Develop promotional creative for both online and offline campaigns.
• Set up final production files that are ready for print and digital deployment.
• Design additional materials as needed, such as presentations, internal communication templates, video text cards, and infographics.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to organize, improve, and expand Canva asset libraries so materials remain consistent and workflows stay efficient.
• Research imagery through archives, public libraries, and stock providers; suggest and license images when needed; and keep track of usage rights.
• Maintain digital files and image libraries in an organized way.
• Take on other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in design is preferred, though an associate degree combined with equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.
• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design and digital media.
• A strong portfolio that shows design ability, typography skills, and versatility across different types of creative work.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Practical experience producing assets for digital, web, social, email, and print formats.
• Familiarity with print production processes.
• Awareness of current visual communication trends and best practices for digital platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
