Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer position in Norwich, England, United Kingdom. The role focuses on producing visual material for digital and print campaigns, such as promotional artwork, social media creatives, website graphics, brochures, and presentation decks. You will also help shape and refine brand identities, build logos and visual systems, and keep typography, colour, and imagery aligned across all communication channels.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will work closely with photographers, videographers, web developers, and clients to turn creative briefs into polished designs that support advertising and promotional objectives. Everyday work includes preparing artwork for both print and digital output, incorporating feedback into revised versions, handling several projects at once while meeting deadlines, and keeping design files and assets well organised.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a designer with strong graphic design abilities and a portfolio that shows commercial or advertising-focused work. Experience in logo creation and branding is important, as is the ability to develop consistent brand identities and apply them across different materials. You should be comfortable selecting and combining typefaces to support readability and brand expression.

Applicants should be confident using standard industry design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent applications. A sound understanding of designing for both print and digital media is needed, including basic print production knowledge and file setup for output. The ideal candidate can interpret creative direction, stay organised, manage time well, and work efficiently in a busy studio setting.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with a willingness to respond to feedback and refine work through iteration. A relevant qualification, or equivalent practical experience, in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar discipline is expected. Prior experience working alongside photography and video teams, or in a studio or agency environment, would be beneficial.
