Graphic Designer, Data Visualization

About the role

INFUSE Academy is seeking a Graphic Designer who can transform complex information into clear, engaging visuals. This position is centered on data visualization and visual communication, with a strong emphasis on making dense ideas easy to understand at a glance. The ideal candidate is someone who thinks visually, tells stories through graphics, and can turn topics such as climate change or instructional content into compelling images and layouts.

What you will do

• Convert instructional material into visual ideas and storyboard concepts.
• Create static graphics, infographics, diagrams, and course-related assets that communicate meaning effectively on their own.
• Work closely with instructional designers to choose the strongest visual approach for each learning objective.
• Use AI tools as part of the creative workflow to generate ideas, speed up production, and expand design possibilities.

What you should bring

• Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• A solid grasp of layout, typography, composition, and color theory.
• Practical experience producing data-driven visuals such as charts, infographics, and explanatory diagrams.
• Ability to identify the story inside data and communicate it visually.
• Interest in AI-assisted design and a willingness to experiment with emerging tools.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while handling several projects at once.

Hiring process

The selection process begins with a manual review of your application by recruiting professionals. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a video interview, followed by a test or brief project. After that, selected applicants will meet with the hiring manager and/or interview panel in a live conversation, either in person or over Zoom. Offers are made only after a direct live discussion.
