Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a imaginative and detail-focused Graphic Designer to develop visual content for both online and offline channels. This role sits within the Marketing & Creative department and is based in Raipur. The right person should combine a strong sense of branding, layout, and typography with the ability to turn ideas into polished promotional assets.

Responsibilities

• Create visuals for social media, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collaterals.
• Build brand-related materials such as logos, business cards, and corporate presentation decks.
• Conceptualize creative ideas for advertising and promotional initiatives.
• Produce graphics for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Retouch and enhance images for use in digital and print formats.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to deliver effective creative output.
• Make sure every design follows brand standards and project expectations.
• Handle several design tasks at once while keeping to deadlines.
• Keep pace with current design trends and evolving creative software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a similar discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or digital marketing.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong work across both print and digital media.
• Hands-on experience with social media creatives, online ads, and print materials is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe InDesign, Figma, Adobe XD, or After Effects will be an added advantage.
• Good grasp of typography, color usage, layout principles, and brand identity.
• Creative mindset with clear visual communication skills.
• Ability to edit images and perform photo manipulation.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to work alone or in a team.
