AMLAD is looking for a General Manager in Saudi Arabia to oversee day-to-day business operations, guide a team, and help keep service and work standards consistently high. The role also involves bringing in new team members and supporting their onboarding and training.

Key responsibilities

Set direction for the team and provide active day-to-day leadership.
Oversee operational activities and financial management for the business.
Hire, onboard, and train new employees in the company’s working methods.
Support employee growth and ongoing development.
Maintain consistent quality across work output and customer service.

Qualifications

Background in management and customer service.
Strong administrative capability.
Proven ability to lead teams effectively.
Comfortable handling budgets, payroll, revenue tracking, and forecasting.
Strong communication skills.
