Role Overview

This Cork-based leadership position offers the chance to take charge of a busy operation and leave a meaningful imprint on its performance. The General Manager will oversee both commercial and operational outcomes at the Cork site, with a strong emphasis on service quality across healthcare, hospitality, Cleanroom, ICS, and Pest Control activities.

The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment and can turn business plans into practical results. You will guide teams, strengthen performance, and help build a workplace culture rooted in safety, respect, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to: Regional Director

Working days: Monday to Friday

Eligibility: Candidates must have full working rights in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, motivate, and develop teams working across production, distribution, and customer service.
• Promote a strong Health & Safety mindset and make sure compliance is maintained at all times.
• Improve results through KPI management, continuous improvement programmes, and effective leadership.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of wider business goals and strategic priorities.
• Manage site budgets, profit and loss responsibility, and operational planning.
• Develop lasting customer relationships and consistently deliver high service standards.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures as well as all relevant external regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated success as a Senior Operations Manager or in a comparable leadership position with significant responsibility.
• Well-developed operational, financial, commercial, and strategic capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.

• Full legal permission to work in Ireland.
