Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a General Cleaner. The role focuses on carrying out regular cleaning and upkeep duties across assigned areas. Work will involve maintaining hygiene and order in offices, restrooms, break rooms, corridors, and shared spaces while following scheduled routines and safety practices.

Key Duties

• Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and other common areas.
• Remove trash, replace supplies when needed, and keep spaces neat and organized.
• Use cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Follow company cleaning standards, task lists, and timing requirements.
• Report any repair needs, damage, or safety concerns to the relevant team.
• Work cooperatively with the wider team and adapt to changing client requirements when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on ability to complete general cleaning work, including floor care, dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
• Understanding of safe handling practices for cleaning products, equipment, and tools, along with attention to hygiene and safety procedures.
• Good time management and the ability to work from instructions, schedules, and checklists without close supervision.
• A dependable, punctual, and professional approach, especially when working in client-facing spaces.
• Basic spoken and written English communication skills; knowledge of another language is a plus.
• Prior experience in cleaning or facilities support is an advantage, though not mandatory because training may be given on the job.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety rules, uniform or dress requirements, and flexible shift arrangements when required.
