Role overview

As a Founder's Associate focused on Growth & Operations, you will work directly with the founding team to turn data, ambiguity, and operational complexity into clear decisions. The role sits at the center of the company's most important growth questions, including customer acquisition, scalable processes, and where time and resources should be invested.

What you'll do

• Lead analyses that directly influence company decisions, including funnel reviews, revenue deep dives, pricing work, and market sizing.
• Spot friction in growth and operational workflows and help design practical improvements.
• Take ownership of special projects from scoping through coordination to final delivery.
• Build automation for repetitive tasks across the company using AI tools and no-code solutions.
• Partner closely with the founding team on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
