About the Role
Ansco & Associates, LLC is hiring a Flagger I to help keep public travel safe around active work zones by directing traffic and supporting site safety.

Key Duties
- Manage traffic flow around active job sites using paddles, hand signals, and flags
- Set out and organize cones, markers, signs, and flagging equipment
- Assist with general construction tasks when directed by a foreman or supervisor
- Operate company vehicles safely and comply with internal driving standards
- Follow all relevant local, state, and federal DOT requirements
- Keep vehicles and equipment clean and in good working order
- Work outdoors in changing and sometimes difficult weather conditions
- Take on additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this employer
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience
- Valid state driver’s license without provisional restrictions and a satisfactory driving record
- Prior flagging experience is preferred
Physical Demands
This role regularly involves working independently in remote areas, driving, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting 10 to 25 pounds, and performing precise hand movements, including keyboard and mouse use. At times, the work may require overhead arm activity, stair climbing, and lifting 26 to 55 pounds.
