Executive Vice President

Position summary

AtlantisHX, Inc. is hiring an Executive Vice President to work closely with the executive team on strategy execution, day-to-day operations, and overall business performance. The role is centered on improving efficiency, supporting expansion, and making sure important initiatives are delivered successfully.

What this role involves

• Contribute to the design and rollout of strategic plans and business goals.
• Manage daily operations so the organization runs effectively and smoothly.
• Guide cross-functional teams and coordinate work across departments.
• Spot opportunities for growth, stronger processes, and wider organizational development.
• Oversee major projects, budgets, and other critical resources.
• Track performance indicators and share actionable recommendations with executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Help ensure the company follows internal policies, legal obligations, and relevant industry standards.
• Support ongoing organizational development and continuous improvement efforts.

Required background

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a closely related discipline. This position calls for substantial experience in senior management or executive leadership, along with a strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and organizational management.

Skills and strengths needed

Success in this role requires strong leadership, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex business programs while leading teams across functions.

Preferred experience

Experience in technology, healthcare, consulting, or professional services is considered an advantage. A background in organizational development, operational leadership, business transformation, strategic planning, business development, and performance management will also be valuable.
