Role overview
An established geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancy is looking for a motivated early-career geologist to join its expanding team near Epsom. The position offers the chance to work on residential, commercial, and infrastructure assignments while building practical experience within a respected ground engineering business.
What you will do
In this role, you will support site investigations, collect and assess soil and groundwater samples, contribute to contamination reviews, carry out site monitoring, prepare factual reports, and assist with the delivery of remediation and geo-environmental projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers and geologists and gain exposure to a broad range of ground investigation and remediation activities.

Requirements
- A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Earth Sciences, or a similar subject.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Full legal permission to work in the UK.
- Good communication skills and the ability to produce clear written reports.
- Willingness to carry out work on site.
- Ability to live in, or travel regularly from, a location within commuting distance of the office near Epsom.
