Role Overview

MRT Info Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic candidates for a customer support role in a major domestic voice process. The position is based in Bangalore at Manyata Tech Park and requires working from the office.

Eligibility

• Both freshers and candidates with prior experience can be considered.

Compensation and Program Details

• The in-hand pay is between INR 18,000 and INR 19,000 per month.
• This opportunity is structured as a 1-year apprenticeship program.

Working Schedule

• The work week follows a 6-day schedule.
• Employees receive 1 rotational weekly off.
• Shifts will be rotational.
• Transportation support includes a one-way cab facility during late hours.
