What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day support that helps individuals grow, learn, and live more independently.
- Build trusted, meaningful relationships with the people you assist.
- Use good judgment and initiative while carrying out support plans and participant needs.
- Encourage community involvement and participation in preferred activities.
- Support developmental goals such as budgeting, physical activity, and healthy nutrition.
- Assist with personal hygiene and care for individuals who may have behavioral challenges or more complex support needs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
- Strong communication, flexibility, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
- Personal qualities such as patience, compassion, dependability, and responsibility.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
