Data Analyst

Overview

We are recruiting for a Haystack partner for a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role in Fayetteville, NC. This position is centered on turning complex data into clear insights that help teams make better decisions, improve technology outcomes, and support stakeholders across multiple organizations.

What you will do

• Apply analytical thinking and technical expertise to strengthen client and stakeholder relationships.
• Investigate, design, validate, and refine data methods while building solutions that work across functions.
• Gather, review, and study large datasets from several sources to spot patterns and inform decisions.
• Support high-impact initiatives by translating data into guidance used across organizations.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar data integration platforms.
• Develop queries and scripts to pull, transform, and analyze information from enterprise databases.

Experience and qualifications

• You should bring at least 8 years of background in data analysis, data engineering, or data science.
• At least 3 years of experience is needed in building, launching, and supporting enterprise-scale data applications for reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir tools, including Foundry workflows, is required.
• Practical experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI is expected.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to write queries for data extraction and analysis are necessary.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics is required.
