Role Overview
UGREEN GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Customer Service professional based in the United States. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on managing customer communication, resolving post-sales concerns, and helping improve the overall support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to buyer emails, handle customer questions and complaints accurately, and support Technical Support Engineers in addressing after-sales product issues.
- Provide prompt feedback on customer issues, carry out basic statistical review, and work with the appropriate teams to support product improvements and upgrades.
- Frequently assess internal workflows and refine methods and skills to deliver more polished service and improve the user experience.
- Take on other duties assigned by senior leadership as needed.
