Job purpose
The Assistant / Customer Relationship Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day team operations, taking care of administrative work, and serving as the first point of contact for customer communication. This position plays an important role in keeping operations efficient, providing strong customer service, and nurturing healthy business relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner through email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
- Support the development and maintenance of positive long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Carry out administrative duties such as data entry and day-to-day office support.
- Arrange meetings and appointments, keep documents organized, and help coordinate internal tasks.
- Update customer information, prepare correspondence, and build simple reports using office software.
Minimum qualifications and requirements
- Strong command of spoken and written English at a professional level.
- Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with general office applications.
- Good organizational ability, careful attention to detail, and a polished professional attitude.
- Previous exposure to customer service, retail, or administrative work is beneficial, though not required.
