Role overview
This is a full-time contracts administration position with a long-established residential builder that delivers more than 200 homes each year. The business is known for retaining staff over the long term, with some team members having been there for 15+ years, and it offers a stable environment for someone looking to grow with the company rather than treat the role as a short stop.
You will be part of a small, close-knit office of about 12 people, supporting contracts, general administration, and build coordination. The team works with Buildertrend, Monday CRM, and HIA contracts, so hands-on experience with these systems or closely related platforms will be highly valuable.
Working environment
The office is based in Brisbane City and has a relaxed, well-regarded culture. The workspace includes features such as a pool table and shuffleboard, and the team also enjoys an early finish on Fridays.
Benefits and compensation
- Base salary of $90,000 to $115,000 plus superannuation
- Additional phone allowance of $70 per month
- On-site parking provided
- CBD office location in Brisbane City
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am to 2:00pm
What the role involves
The position sits across contracts administration, office support, and coordination of building activity. It suits someone who can work calmly and accurately in a fast-moving environment while keeping deadlines under control.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant will bring at least 5 years of experience in contracts administration, preferably within residential construction. Strong working knowledge of HIA contracts is essential. You should also be organised, confident, and comfortable juggling deadlines and day-to-day tasks in a busy setting.
This opportunity is best suited to someone seeking a long-term role in a supportive team where the culture is professional but easygoing.
