Role Overview

Protect Middle East LLC is hiring a Collection Officer to manage client receivables and support the timely recovery of outstanding payments in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to customers regarding overdue invoices and pending balances.
Visit clients in person to collect payments when needed.
Keep precise documentation of collection activity and all follow-up efforts.
Work closely with the finance team to track receivables and align on collection status.

Required Qualifications

Ability to speak both Arabic and English fluently.
Must hold a valid UAE driving license, as client visits are part of the role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
A background in accounting would be an added advantage.
Understanding of UAE collection procedures is beneficial.
