About the role

Welcome Break is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor for its Hartshead Moor site in Clifton, Brighouse (M62 Motorway, HD6 4JX). This is a flexible full-time, onsite position with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will take a leadership role within Facilities, helping keep the site running smoothly and ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of service.

As a supervisor, you will support day-to-day team activity, help maintain strong standards, and build practical management experience in a fast-paced environment. The role is suited to someone who wants to move into leadership or strengthen their existing supervisory experience while working hours that fit around their lifestyle.

Pay can reach £13.69 per hour, and each shift also includes a £10 meal allowance.

Working pattern

Shifts are scheduled across the following time bands: 06:00-14:00, 10:00-18:00, and 14:00-22:00. Working days run from Monday through Sunday.
