Role overview

As a Cleaner at Trinity Crossing in Orleans, Ontario, you will play an important part in supporting tenant wellbeing by keeping shared and private spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. This position is well suited to someone who notices the details, takes pride in cleanliness, and understands how a tidy environment can improve residents’ day-to-day experience.

Broadstreet Properties is seeking someone to join the Trinity Crossing apartments team and contribute to maintaining a positive living environment through consistent cleaning, light upkeep, and support for building maintenance needs.

Key duties

• Keep entry areas and interior hallways clean and presentable.
• Carry out month-end deep cleaning tasks for appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathrooms, and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move-out and annual inspections to help prepare cleaning estimates.
• Handle minor repair tasks when needed, such as painting or replacing lights.
• Assist with routine upkeep of the building’s exterior areas.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

What you’ll need

• Working knowledge of different cleaning products and how to use them appropriately.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness and ability to travel between sites when required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation and benefits

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour and can go up to $22.50 per hour, depending on your experience, education, and skills.
