Role overview
Emirates is seeking polished, adaptable cabin crew members who can create a welcoming onboard experience while keeping safety at the forefront. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, offering guidance, assistance, and calm support throughout the journey. The position is based in Dubai and includes relocation assistance.
What the job involves
This is far more than a hospitality role. Along with delivering attentive service, you will be expected to manage safety-related duties, support aircraft operations, and respond confidently in security and emergency situations. Training is provided through Emirates’ advanced learning facility in Dubai.
Required background and qualities
To be considered, you should have more than one year of experience in hospitality or customer service, enjoy working with people from many cultures, and bring a positive, team-oriented approach. Strong English communication skills are essential. Candidates must also meet the height and appearance standards listed by the employer and be eligible for UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary and benefits
Compensation is made up of a monthly basic salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance. The basic salary is AED 4,980 per month, flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour based on an average of 80 to 100 hours per month, and the average total pay is AED 11,244 per month. These figures are approximate for Grade II (Economy Class) and equate to about USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280.
Meal allowances for night stops are added to salary arrears in the following month. The company also provides hotel accommodation, airport transportation, relocation support, free accommodation and transport in Dubai, tax-free pay, profit share, concessional travel, medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.
Additional information
Cabin crew are based in Dubai and must meet UAE employment visa requirements. The role involves working to high operational and service standards in a demanding schedule.
Dress and appearance requirements
No visible tattoos are allowed while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform unless they are covered with bandages or cosmetics.
Physical requirements
Candidates must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes so emergency equipment can be accessed on all aircraft types.
Education requirement
The minimum academic qualification is completion of high school, equivalent to Grade 12.
