Role Overview

This is a social-led position for a creatively minded person who understands fashion, follows digital culture closely, and knows how to grow an active community through strong storytelling and content. You will shape how the brand appears every day, expand organic social reach, create memorable content, nurture creator relationships, and make sure every customer interaction reflects the Chinti & Parker identity.

Reporting to the CEO, you will protect the brand’s voice and visual style across all organic channels. You will guide content strategy from idea generation through execution, building campaigns and everyday content that strengthen brand affinity, engagement, and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Social and Community

  • Take ownership of Chinti & Parker’s organic social presence, with Instagram and TikTok as the main channels.
  • Shape a social-first content plan that increases reach, engagement, and community growth.
  • Prepare, create, and schedule daily content, including video, visuals, and reactive posts.
  • Foster meaningful two-way conversation with the audience through community management and social listening.
  • Spot trends, relevant discussions, and cultural moments that help the brand stay current and compelling.
  • Monitor results and refine content using performance data and audience insights.

Content and Brand Storytelling

  • Manage the seasonal content calendar across social, website, email, and PR.
  • Develop engaging stories around collections, craftsmanship, founders, products, and lifestyle.
  • Create content that is both creatively strong and commercially effective.
  • Write clear, engaging copy that reflects the brand’s tone of voice.
  • Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce team to support launches, campaigns, and important trading periods.

Creative Production

  • Direct brand photography and content shoots covering campaign, ecommerce, social, and editorial needs.
  • Build creative ideas, shot lists, and content plans that maximise content output.
  • Coordinate photographers, creators, stylists, models, and external production partners.
  • Deliver high-quality assets suitable for social, email, website, wholesale, and PR use.

Influencers, Creators and Partnerships

  • Expand the creator, influencer, and ambassador programme.
  • Oversee gifting, paid collaborations, and long-term brand partnerships.
  • Run ShopMy and help grow affiliate revenue through creator activity.
  • Identify partnership opportunities, collaborations, and brand moments that increase reach.
  • Work with retail partners on joint marketing activity and activations.

Brand Experiences

  • Support PR initiatives alongside agency partners.
  • Plan and deliver events, pop-ups, and community experiences that bring the brand to life.
