Role overview
This opportunity places you at the center of a community-focused store, where customer service and quality drinks are part of the everyday experience. As a barista, you will help deliver the Starbucks experience by serving customers with high standards across beverages, food, and store service.
You will be joining both the Starbucks network and Cobra Coffee, a franchised Starbucks UK partner. The business emphasizes responsible operations, a positive work-life balance, and ongoing opportunities to build skills and gain experience.

Key duties
- Prepare beverages, whole bean coffee, and food items to the required recipe and presentation standards.
- Help with day-to-day store routines such as opening and closing, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security standards.
- Support teammates during busy periods so the store continues to run smoothly.
- Notice customer and store needs in advance by staying familiar with the store environment and regular visitors.
- Provide excellent service by taking a customer-first approach and building authentic connections.
- Keep the workspace clean, tidy, and well organised for both customers and partners.
Working pattern
Because of the way the stores operate, working hours may include early starts, evenings, and weekends.
