Role Overview

Keeta is hiring an Associate in Strategic Account Management for its Dubai-based office. The role focuses on keeping platform operations accurate, supporting promotional activity when needed, and reviewing cancellations to reduce avoidable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

Handle platform and menu operations by updating prices, store hours, delivery radius settings, and menu content across the relevant channels.
Support campaign execution when required by turning on promotions and carefully checking them to make sure they function without technical issues.
Track cancellation activity, identify what is causing order drops, and carry out follow-up actions to help limit revenue loss.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in account management within e-commerce, q-commerce, food delivery apps, or F&B retail.
Strong eye for detail, especially when working with live pricing, offers, and store configuration.
Comfortable learning and working with backend dashboards, content management tools, and basic Excel-based tracking.
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify issues such as glitches or ETA delays and respond quickly.
