Role overview
BNY is inviting applications for associate-level Fund Accountants to join its Fund Accounting function in Dublin, Ireland. This is a talent pipeline requisition, so your profile may also be considered for other suitable opportunities across the organization.

What you will do
- Deliver daily NAV calculations accurately and within deadlines in a demanding, fast-moving environment, and serve as an escalation point for senior or team lead matters.
- Keep close coordination with internal stakeholders so that all NAV inputs are received and processed in line with service commitments.
- Review fund movements in detail and handle queries or escalations raised within the NAV production process.
- Work through operational and audit issues raised by internal or external parties and ensure they are fully resolved.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations, including task allocation, leave planning, and monitoring team performance.
- Share observations and suggestions that support process improvements and change initiatives aligned to business strategy.
- Escalate urgent issues promptly to management when immediate action is needed.
What the company is looking for
- Between 3 and 7+ years of experience in fund accounting operations.
- Experience with Enterprise Invest One is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of daily NAV components and complex financial instruments.
- Familiarity with fund accounting requirements for UK OEICs and/or Luxembourg SICAVs is an added advantage.
- Ability to assess NAV production critically and identify items that need investigation or senior escalation.
- A third-level degree, ideally in Accounting or Business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
