What you will do

• Deliver daily NAV calculations accurately and within deadlines in a demanding, fast-moving environment, and serve as an escalation point for senior or team lead matters.
• Keep close coordination with internal stakeholders so that all NAV inputs are received and processed in line with service commitments.
• Review fund movements in detail and handle queries or escalations raised within the NAV production process.
• Work through operational and audit issues raised by internal or external parties and ensure they are fully resolved.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations, including task allocation, leave planning, and monitoring team performance.
• Share observations and suggestions that support process improvements and change initiatives aligned to business strategy.
• Escalate urgent issues promptly to management when immediate action is needed.

What the company is looking for

• Between 3 and 7+ years of experience in fund accounting operations.
• Experience with Enterprise Invest One is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of daily NAV components and complex financial instruments.
• Familiarity with fund accounting requirements for UK OEICs and/or Luxembourg SICAVs is an added advantage.
• Ability to assess NAV production critically and identify items that need investigation or senior escalation.
• A third-level degree, ideally in Accounting or Business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
