About the role
Marina Bay Sands is looking for an analytics professional to support campaign, customer, and marketing decision-making through data-driven insights. The role focuses on turning large and varied data into practical business recommendations, helping the marketing function improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
What you'll do
- Analyze how loyalty members respond to marketing offers and promotions.
- Estimate future campaign costs using offer structures and campaign rules.
- Prepare post-campaign evaluations to measure campaign impact and effectiveness.
- Partner with the marketing team to understand the details and intent behind each offer.
- Support loyalty program analysis, benchmarking, and reinvestment planning across marketing activities.
- Create and automate dashboards, reports, and ETL workflows for marketing and management stakeholders.
Analytics work
- Use advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning to study patron behavior, marketing mix, and propensity.
- Build and structure A/B tests to assess campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence, the data platform team, IT, and smart IR teams to deploy analytics solutions.
What we're looking for
- A degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related analytical discipline is preferred.
- Applicants with a marketing background and strong numerical ability, along with interest in customer and marketing analytics, are welcome.
- For Associate Analyst: 1 to 2 years of experience in business, customer, or marketing analytics is preferred; fresh graduates may also apply.
- For Analyst: 2 to 4 years of experience in business, customer, or marketing analytics, or a master's degree in an analytical field, is preferred.
- Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning will be an advantage.
- Casino-related exposure is helpful but not mandatory.
- Programming ability in tools such as Base SAS, SAS EG, SQL, R, or Python is required.
- Comfort using data visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred.
- You should be able to work with large data volumes and deliver accurate, timely results on critical projects.
- Strong reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are important.
- Good communication and presentation skills are required.
