The company is focused on creating new products, ideas, and technologies that help people get more value from every day.

Role Overview

This role is for an Assistant Product Manager to support product work across Masterclass, event applications, AI-enabled inventories, automation workflows, digital dashboards, and internal business tools. The role requires translating business needs into clear product requirements and working closely with technology, design, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing PRDs, product flows, wireframes, user journeys, feature lists, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute to product enhancements for Masterclass landing pages, post-login experiences, course access, lead capture, reporting, and user journeys.
  • Support event-app features such as attendee tracking, sponsor modules, QR-based flows, engagement tools, dashboards, app usage tracking, and closure reports.
  • Help design automation workflows for lead routing, campaign tracking, WhatsApp and email triggers, CRM updates, reporting, and internal operational processes.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, design, marketing, sales, operations, and business teams to deliver requirements.
  • Carry out competitor analysis, product benchmarking, journey reviews, and feature-gap assessments.
  • Track bugs, enhancements, QA feedback, release status, and pending product tasks.
  • Maintain trackers, feature backlogs, requirement documents, release notes, sprint inputs, and broader product documentation.
  • Support analytics efforts by monitoring activity, engagement, adoption, conversion, and usage metrics.
  • Coordinate with developers and QA teams to ensure sprint-level execution and timely release delivery.

Required Experience

The role calls for 2 to 4 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, digital products, event tech, edtech, SaaS, or internal product systems.

Skills and Requirements

The ideal candidate should understand product fundamentals, user journeys, wireframes, and requirement documentation. Strong analytical thinking is needed to turn business needs into practical product workflows.

Experience with tools such as Figma, Jira, Notion, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Miro, or similar platforms is expected. A good QA mindset is important for spotting bugs, flow issues, edge cases, and product gaps.

Clear communication, strong coordination across cross-functional teams, and a basic grasp of analytics, funnels, campaign tracking, user behavior, and product metrics are essential.

Preferred Exposure

Additional value will come from exposure to AI tools, no-code platforms, event products, edtech, B2B SaaS, CRM systems, or automation tools. Prior collaboration with developers, designers, business teams, and marketing teams is also helpful.
