Role overview
Stradivarius is opening a new store at Limbecker Platz in Essen and is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.
What you will do
In this position, you help keep the store running smoothly, including the work happening behind the scenes. You combine hands-on operational support with leadership and help the management team guide day-to-day activity.
You support the store leadership, coordinate and lead teams during daily operations, and make sure that processes, customer service, and sales work together effectively.
Working alongside management, you help implement standards, support the team, and maintain the store’s commercial momentum. Your role is to bring structure to the store and contribute to its success.
