About the Company

Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited (ABLBL), part of the Aditya Birla Group, is a major branded apparel company with a wide portfolio of lifestyle labels. By 31 March 2025, the company’s retail network covered more than 4.6 million sq. ft., including 3,253 exclusive brand stores, availability in 38,000+ multi-brand outlets, and over 7,000 shop-in-shops across the country.

Its brand lineup includes some of India’s most recognised names — Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, and Peter England — each with more than 25 years of brand heritage. These brands have continued to grow through design-focused innovation, expansion into new categories, and strong execution across formal, casual, and occasion wear.

ABLBL has also established a strong position in innerwear and athleisure through Van Heusen Innerwear, which has expanded quickly across India. The portfolio is further strengthened by partnerships with Simon Carter, American Eagle, and Reebok. American Eagle has become one of the country’s preferred premium denim brands, while Reebok, brought under the company’s management in 2022, has widened its reach across channels. Simon Carter continues to build momentum in premium menswear with its distinct design approach and carefully curated collections.
