Role overview
This position involves supporting day-to-day office operations through a mix of administrative and clerical duties. The aim is to keep the workplace running smoothly by handling coordination, documentation, communication, and routine support tasks.
Core duties
- Organize meetings, manage calendars, and help arrange business travel.
- Draft, update, and keep track of reports, records, correspondence, and other documents.
- Answer and route calls, emails, and related communications in a courteous and professional way.
- Assist internal teams with data entry, record filing, and other general office support work.
- Help coordinate office activities and monitor office supply needs.
- Maintain accurate records and safeguard confidential company information.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline is required.
- Prior exposure to administrative or office assistant work is considered an added advantage.
- Applicants should have strong organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills are essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is needed.
