Role Summary
We are hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant to help coordinate a research panel team within a market research environment. The position is focused on keeping administrative workflows organized so the remote panel runs efficiently, participants stay engaged, and data collection stays on track.
Key Duties
- Keep participant communication records, payment details, and panel activity logs accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and share research-related materials with panel members every week.
- Answer participant questions about panel involvement, compensation, and scheduling.
- Work with internal teams to arrange interviews, surveys, and follow-up discussions.
- Monitor participant payments and help identify and fix any mismatches or issues.
Experience and Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in administration or customer support is required.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for tracking and organizing data.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to create clear instructions.
- Comfortable working on your own with limited supervision in a remote work environment.
- Experience in market research, survey coordination, or participant management is an advantage.
