Role overview
This position is for an Account Manager focused on motor finance for dealers and brokers. The role is centred on building and protecting relationships with introducing used car dealers and brokers across the Yorkshire patch, while ensuring commercial targets and company standards are consistently met.
Working pattern and location
You will work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, for a total of 36.25 hours each week. The role is based in Leeds, with a flexible dealer and broker coverage area that includes parts of Yorkshire such as Leeds, Wakefield, and Sheffield. You will also attend in-person 1:1s and team meetings at office locations, typically Cardiff.

What you will do
- Develop new relationships with used car dealers and brokers within your territory.
- Manage existing dealer and broker accounts so they continue to perform strongly against sales and efficiency goals.
- Hold in-person meetings as well as telephone and email negotiations to offer finance solutions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the relationship.
- Work closely with the wider team and contribute as an active team member.
- Meet business objectives and personal performance targets.
- Take part in 1:1 meetings and team meetings at office locations, usually in Cardiff.

The package includes a salary of £47,500 to £55,000, up to a 20% bonus, and a £600 monthly car allowance.
