About the internship
This HR internship is a hands-on opportunity to work with recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The role is based in-office in Nagpur and is designed for someone who can contribute to administrative as well as people-facing HR tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Review resumes, assist with candidate shortlisting, and help coordinate interview scheduling.
- Stay in touch with applicants and keep interview-related records organized.
- Support onboarding activities and help manage documentation for new hires and interns.
- Update employee databases and maintain accurate HR records.
- Prepare HR paperwork such as offer letters, appointment letters, and similar documents.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and event coordination.
- Track attendance and support leave-management processes.
- Research HR practices and draft reports whenever needed.
- Provide support for administrative and operational HR work.
- Respond to routine HR-related questions from employees and candidates.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship. Candidates should be able to begin between 28 June 2026 and 2 August 2026, commit to a 6-month duration, and bring relevant interest and skills for the role.
Additional requirements
- Pursuing or already completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with good interpersonal abilities.
- Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and general HR processes.
- Comfortable using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous HR internship or experience is helpful but not required.
Stipend
This internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 2,000 to 5,000.
